Lakes Edge Holiday Park provides a range of accommodations, from campsites to motels. Options include cabins, family units, and motel rooms. The Kiwi Baches feature three bedrooms with a queen bed, bunk beds, full cooking facilities, and a BBQ. Studio Motels include a queen bed, kitchenette, Sky TV, heater, and Wi-Fi. One-Bedroom Motels have a separate bedroom with a queen bed, a kitchen/living area, Sky TV, and Wi-Fi. Two-Bedroom Motels offer a queen bed, two single beds, a full kitchen, a lounge, Sky TV, and Wi-Fi. Private cabins are also available. Many rooms offer views of Lake Tekapo.

The holiday park has two kitchen areas with ovens, microwaves, fridge/freezers, tables, chairs, and toasters. BBQ facilities are available for free use. Lakes Edge Holiday Park offers activities for all ages, including hot pools, ice skating, and snow tubing at Tekapo Springs, located next to the park. The park includes a playground, TV lounge with Sky TV, and access to water-based activities on Lake Tekapo during the summer. Roundhill Ski Area is a 40-minute drive away. Stargazing tours and observatory experiences are available through Dark Sky Project.

Lakes Edge Holiday Park is located on the shores of Lake Tekapo at 2 Lakeside Drive. It is a 5-minute walk to Tekapo Springs and 1 km from the town center. Nearby attractions include The Church of the Good Shepherd (2 km), and Mount John University Observatory (2 km). The park is 100 km from Richard Pearse Airport. The Intercity bus arrives daily, and The Cook Connection offers daily shuttles from October to May.

The holiday park provides 24-hour security with locked gates and a pin code for access. Free unlimited Wi-Fi is available, but slower during peak times. A dump station is available for campervan grey water disposal. There is a guest laundry with card-operated machines. Dog-friendly sites are available with specific amenities, separate from the main camp.
